Role Overview

As a Food and Beverage Receptionist, you will serve as the welcoming face of our organization, engaging and entertaining our patrons in a manner that ensures they feel valued and appreciated. Your enthusiasm for customer service will be instrumental in crafting a memorable and enjoyable atmosphere. You will embody the essence of hospitality, striving to create a lively and inviting environment that surpasses our guests' expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Prioritizing customer satisfaction and executing your tasks in a way that guarantees all guests have an exceptional experience and look forward to returning. Being knowledgeable about current promotions and offerings to assist customers in maximizing their visit. Actively providing a warm, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, ensuring that only high-quality products are served. Keeping track of daily and weekly objectives and contributing positively towards achieving them. Maintaining a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, responding to all customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Restocking supplies to ensure that customers always have access to available products.

Required Qualifications

A positive and proactive attitude. Proven experience in a hospitality setting. (Preferred) Background in a multifaceted role. Passionate about delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Ability to work collaboratively with the broader team. Strong communication skills. Adaptable to change and open to new methods of operation. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
