Role Overview

As a Food and Beverage Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in our guest experience, serving as the first point of contact for our visitors. Your enthusiasm for hospitality will shine through as you engage with customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Your role will be pivotal in crafting a lively and enjoyable atmosphere that exceeds our guests' expectations.

In this position, you will:

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring every guest enjoys a remarkable experience that encourages them to return.
  • Stay informed about ongoing promotions and menu offerings to assist customers in making the most of their visit.
  • Deliver prompt and friendly service of food and beverages, ensuring only high-quality products are served.
  • Be aware of performance targets and contribute positively to achieving them.
  • Maintain a cheerful and engaging demeanor, responding to customer inquiries with politeness and efficiency.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained, providing customers with consistent access to our offerings.
