About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic F&B Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Great Yarmouth. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and entertaining experience for our customers.

You will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting and welcoming them in a friendly and efficient manner. Your passion for people and ability to build rapport will be essential in ensuring our customers have an amazing experience with us.


Key Responsibilities

As an F&B Host, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests have an amazing experience with us
  • Being familiar and conversant with current promotions and products available to ensure our customers can make the most of their visit
  • Proactively offering and providing a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, delivering products you are proud of
  • Being aware of daily/weekly targets and contributing positively towards them
  • Displaying a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to all customer requests in a polite and efficient way
  • Replenishing stocks so that our customers always have the opportunity to access products at all times
