About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our housing strategy and workstream, driving forward the agenda identified by the Lincolnshire joint accommodation strategy group. As the Head of Housing Strategy, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive housing strategy, working closely with partners across the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System to deliver greater integration of mental health and housing services and strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a housing strategy and associated workstream and plan, ensuring alignment with the Trust's overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage their expectations and report progress on programme delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with housing providers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative housing solutions.
  • Provide detailed reports to the Mental Health and Dementia Joint Delivery Group on workstream delivery, progress, and key risks.
  • Represent the Trust's housing interests at relevant trust-wide and system-wide forums.
