Senior Financial Strategy Partner

Job Overview:

The City of Lincoln Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced finance professional to join our Financial Services Team. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the financial health and strategic management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare statutory accounts and manage budget preparation and control with precision.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified CCAB accountant with a strong background in technical accounting. Essential qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in preparing statutory accounts and managing budgets.
  • Proficiency in computerized financial systems and a keen analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster effective relationships across all organizational levels.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and business evaluation.
