Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a housing strategy that addresses the needs of our patients and clients
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the health, care, and housing sectors to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams working on housing and care integration initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including housing providers, local authorities, and other partners
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of housing and care integration initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
