About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of a housing strategy and associated workstream for the Lincolnshire Mental Health, Dementia, Learning Disability and Autism (MHDLDA) Alliance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in housing and a proven track record of leading organisation-wide change programs and projects in complex and challenging environments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a housing strategy and associated workstream and plan.
  • Develop and deliver housing strategy and work programs across multiple organisations in partnership with public, private and voluntary sector organisations.
  • Represent housing issues at relevant trust-wide and system-wide forums.
  • Promote the importance and impact of housing more widely/externally to all partners across Lincolnshire.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level qualification or significant experience of working at a similar level in a specialist area.
  • Charted membership of the Charted Institute of Housing (CIHCM).
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders, managing their expectations and reporting progress on program progress.
