We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Repairs Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for managing a team of repairs engineers across Lincoln, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of repairs engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a team of property maintenance or repairs engineers, with a strong background in multi-trade, gas, plumbing, or electrical services.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Full UK driving license, with a valid vehicle for business use.
