Job Description

Hotel Reception Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Reception Supervisor to join our team at Agemer Ltd. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our prestigious hotel in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in maximizing occupancy, RevPAR, and Average Room Rate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including feedback and complaints.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong desire to develop a career in luxury hospitality.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
