About the Role
The Reservations Supervisor is a key member of the hotel's operations team, responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from initial booking to check-out. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the reservations team to ensure efficient and accurate guest bookings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents and corporate clients.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the hotel remains competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.
