Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming reservation calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for departmental review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, travel agents, and guests to ensure exceptional service.
- Oversee the financial operations of the reservations department, including budgeting and forecasting.
