Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical administrative assistance to the Senior Mechanical and DSEAR Manager.
  • Oversee various business sectors, including our regional workshop, Optimization team, and technical training center.
  • Process orders and maintain system updates while managing customer inquiries and correspondence.
  • Utilize our software systems, Agresso and EMIR, along with generating reports in Excel.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess five GCSEs at grade C or higher, including English and mathematics.

Proficiency in computer applications is essential, along with the ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and achieve service targets.

Strong communication skills at all levels with clients and framework suppliers are necessary.

Additionally, you should be a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in customer service.

This role is technical in nature, so familiarity and experience in this area would be beneficial.
