Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional support to our Financial Planners, handling client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all client interactions are documented accurately and efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage client records, including policy and platform account information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Process and update client data on our back-office system, maintaining up-to-date records at all times.
    • Coordinate annual review meetings, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and clients are informed.
  • Financial Planning Support
    • Assist Financial Planners in preparing for meetings, including reviewing client portfolios and platform accounts.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to Financial Planners, ensuring that they have the necessary information to provide excellent client service.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor and review client data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a financial services administration role, with a strong understanding of financial planning and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
