Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise Network Infrastructure

Integrated Resources Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Core Platform Engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving business requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of our Enterprise network infrastructure and routing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and Core Platform Engineering to gather and document business requirements.
  2. Drive the elicitation and prioritization of business requirements to ensure a deep understanding of the business needs.
  3. Develop and maintain formal business requirements documents, presenting walkthroughs and obtaining sign-off from stakeholders.
  4. Validate business and functional requirements against the project scope.
  5. Lead UAT activities, coordinating users and reviewing test scripts against the traceability matrix.
  6. Communicate requirements effectively between business stakeholders and IT teams.
  7. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality test scripts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a business analyst, with expertise in business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools.
  2. Strong understanding of Enterprise network infrastructure and routing strategies.
  3. Experience with formal business requirements gathering tools, preferably Blueprint Requirements Center.
  4. Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Lync, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science.
