Job Title: Agile Business Analyst- Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Business Analyst- Senior to join our team at Integrated Resources Inc. (IRI). As a key member of our Core Platform Engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving business requirements and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and document business requirements.
  2. Drive the elicitation and prioritization of business requirements to ensure a deep understanding of the business needs.
  3. Develop and maintain formal business requirements documents, presenting walkthroughs and obtaining sign-off from stakeholders.
  4. Validate business and functional requirements against the project scope.
  5. Lead UAT activities, coordinating users and reviewing test scripts against the traceability matrix.
  6. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams, leveraging high-level IT understanding.
  7. Prior experience in BA roles gathering requirements for significant network upgrade projects is essential.
  8. Experience with formal business requirements gathering tools, such as Blueprint Requirements Center, is a plus.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Lync, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a business analyst, with expertise in business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
