Working Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Primary Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Provide refreshments to guests.
  • Efficiently manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Oversee banking responsibilities, maintain filing systems, and process invoices.
  • Organize and keep files accessible for ease of use.

  • Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
