Working Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Primary Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide refreshments to guests.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Oversee banking responsibilities, maintain filing systems, and process invoices.
- Organize and keep files accessible for ease of use.
Qualifications:
- Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with office equipment.
