Claims Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager to join our team at NHS Resolution. As a key member of our claims management function, you will play a crucial role in delivering a single, integrated claims function that supports the successful delivery of our objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of complex and non-complex claims from commencement to conclusion.
- Conduct investigations, quantify, and negotiate claims to conclusion.
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with external organizations and stakeholders.
- Manage conflicting priorities and work effectively in a dynamic climate.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our claims management function.
- Technical knowledge and experience of claims management in clinical negligence or non-clinical settings.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a large caseload.
- Understanding of current law and relevant statutes in insurance, clinical, or non-clinical claims negligence areas.
- Ability to draft documents and complex correspondence in a concise and professional manner.
- Exceptional customer focus and awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team member and collaboratively with other teams.
