Job Summary:

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing employee relations cases, supporting organizational change, and providing guidance to managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations Case Management: Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and appeals, ensuring fair and effective resolution.
  • Organizational Change Support: Support the organization through restructures, mergers, and other significant changes, providing guidance and expertise to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver employee relations training programs for managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to handle employee relations matters effectively.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • HR Support: Provide HR support to the broader team as needed, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and appeals.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment law and case law related to employee relations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise employees and managers effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to work under pressure, with a strong ability to adapt to changing workload requirements.
