About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Recovery Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recovery-focused support to service users, working with them to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure service users are receiving the most effective support.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a recovery-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of recovery-focused principles and practices, with a commitment to promoting recovery and well-being.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
