About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a leading health and social care provider, we take pride in the services we offer and are committed to supporting individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide recovery-focused support to service users in accordance with their individual support plans.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service user support plans.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the service.
  • Uphold the cleanliness of the service and adhere to infection prevention control measures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the mental health sector is desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine desire to support individuals in their recovery and a can-do attitude.
  • Compassionate, proactive, and professional individuals who are highly motivated and hardworking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
