About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team at Beach House. As a Recovery Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with enduring mental health backgrounds to achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recovery-focused support to service users in accordance with their individualised support plans.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service user support plans, ensuring they are person-centred and recovery-based.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the mental health sector is desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine desire to support individuals in their recovery and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
