We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Account Lead - Financial Services (Payments).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish trusted strategic partner relationships within key accounts, with a specific focus on the Payments sector within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Drive profitable sales growth, expand OBSS Technology's influence, ensure successful delivery, and influence client strategies to foster high performance and continuous innovation in the dynamic Payments landscape.
  • Develop client relationships, strategize account growth, and communicate the Payments-focused account vision.
  • Oversee business development and performance for major clients in the Payments sector of the Financial Services Industry.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop the account team to maximize business value and Payments-related insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Account teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide strategic direction for all Payments-related aspects of the account.
  • Foster collaborative experience-building with the client, balancing commercial viability and exceptional standards in the Payments domain.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate with the Customer Success Leadership team to fortify client relationships and enhance the Payments offering.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of managerial and management experience, with a strong background in the Payments sector.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of employees and management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects alongside daily responsibilities.
