Role Overview: Operations Executive, Pan EMEA Capital Markets
The Operations Executive for the Pan EMEA Capital Markets division plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and executing strategic initiatives within the platform, particularly focusing on the EMEA Hotels & Hospitality sector. This position, reporting to the Operations Director, is vital for achieving key strategic objectives for the Pan EMEA teams and the broader EMEA Capital Markets business.
Key Responsibilities:
General Operations:
- Facilitate the implementation of operational enhancements, emphasizing the sharing of best practices, standardization of processes, and ongoing training across the EMEA Capital Markets support network.
- Assist the Operations Director in organizing Sector SMT meetings, coordinating agenda items, and ensuring accountability through action follow-ups.
- Manage the daily operations of the Pan EMEA teams, adhering to established procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
Resource Management:
- Collaborate with the Operations Director and COO to ensure adequate resources are available to meet business objectives, leveraging JLL's broader capabilities where applicable.
- Oversee the review and update of personnel data for the Pan EMEA teams, including mapping the Capital Markets population across various sectors.
- Work with business support teams to coordinate processes related to personnel changes and maintain organizational charts for the Pan EMEA teams.
Financial Oversight:
- Support the Finance Business Partner in managing the monthly reporting process to ensure timely submissions from all Pan EMEA teams.
- Provide necessary information to team leads for the monthly financial processes, including year-to-date revenue reports and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with team leaders to ensure the pipeline reflects real-time deal movements, supporting executive reporting and overall pipeline management.
- Oversee the integrity of project setups and invoicing to ensure compliance with JLL's standards and processes.
Transformation Initiatives:
- Assist in the delivery of central projects involving Pan EMEA teams to enhance alignment across JLL, focusing on optimizing operations and utilizing global resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in the Capforce CRM system.
- Strong understanding of JLL EMEA C2B processes.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and build trust among colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering robust relationships with internal teams.
- Familiarity with European real estate investment markets is advantageous.
- Strong academic background.
