Operations Executive, Pan EMEA Capital Markets Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations and strategy execution of the Pan EMEA Capital Markets platform. This is a key role in delivering major strategic priorities for Pan EMEA teams and the wider EMEA Capital Markets business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of operational business process improvements, focusing on sharing best practices, process standardization, and training.
- Assist the Operations Director in running Sector SMT meetings, coordinating agenda topics, and following up on actions.
- Support the day-to-day operations of Pan EMEA teams, following standard procedures for issue escalation.
- Manage resource allocation, ensuring the business has the necessary resources to meet targets.
- Collaborate with the team's business support to coordinate joiner, leaver, and mover processes.
- Support Pan EMEA Finance Business Partner in the monthly flash process and provide information for YTD revenue reports and Capforce pipeline.
- Run integrity reports to monitor project setup and invoicing accuracy.
- Support the delivery of central projects, driving alignment across the JLL business.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Capforce CRM system.
- SME on JLL EMEA C2B processes.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal collaborators.
