Operations Executive, Pan EMEA Capital Markets Specialist

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations and strategy execution of the Pan EMEA Capital Markets platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of operational business process improvements, focusing on sharing best practices, process standardization, and training.
- Assist the Operations Director in running Sector SMT meetings, coordinating agenda topics, and following up on actions.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Pan EMEA teams, adhering to standard procedures for issue escalation.
- Manage resource allocation, ensuring the business has the necessary resources to meet targets, leveraging the wider JLL network.
- Review and update people data for the Pan EMEA teams, including mapping CM population across EMEA sectors.
- Collaborate with the business support team to coordinate joiner, leaver, and mover processes, maintaining Pan EMEA team organizational charts.
- Support the Pan EMEA Finance Business Partner in the monthly flash process, ensuring timely submissions from Pan EMEA teams.
- Provide information to team leads for monthly process, including YTD revenue reports and Capforce pipeline.
- Work with team leaders to ensure Capforce pipeline reflects real-time deal movement, supporting EMEA Executive Committee reporting and business-wide pipeline management.
- Support the operations of the Pipeline Management process for EMEA Capital Markets, sharing best practices across teams.
- Run integrity reports to monitor Pan EMEA Capital Markets project setup and invoicing accuracy and timeliness.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Intermediate level of Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of Capforce CRM system.
- SME on JLL EMEA C2B processes.
- Collaborative, with a willingness to learn new skills and build strong relationships with internal collaborators.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal collaborators.
- Knowledge of the European real estate investment markets is an advantage.
- Excellent academic record.
