Role Overview: Operations Executive, Pan EMEA Capital Markets

The Operations Executive for the Pan EMEA Capital Markets is responsible for facilitating the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the Pan EMEA Capital Markets platform, which encompasses the EMEA Hotels & Hospitality division. Reporting directly to the Operations Director for Pan EMEA Sectors Capital Markets and collaborating closely with the Head of Operations Director for EMEA Capital Markets, this pivotal position is essential for executing significant strategic objectives for the Pan EMEA teams and the broader EMEA Capital Markets sector.

Key Responsibilities:

General Operations:

  • Assist in the deployment of operational enhancements, focusing on disseminating and endorsing best practices, standardizing processes, continuous training, and the adoption of effective tools and methodologies across the EMEA Capital Markets support network.
  • Aid the Operations Director for Pan EMEA Sectors in organizing Sector SMT meetings, coordinating agenda items, and following up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Pan EMEA teams, adhering to established procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.

Resource Management:

  • Collaborate with the Operations Director for Pan EMEA Sectors and COO to ensure the business has the necessary resources to achieve its objectives, utilizing the broader JLL network where feasible, including preparing for future skill requirements.
  • Manage the review and updating of personnel data for the Pan EMEA teams, including mapping the Capital Markets population across EMEA for respective sectors.
  • Work with the business support team to coordinate the processes for onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers within the Pan EMEA teams, maintaining organizational charts for the Pan EMEA teams.

Financial Oversight:

  • Support the Pan EMEA Finance Business Partner in the monthly reporting process to ensure timely submissions from all Pan EMEA teams.
  • Provide necessary information to team leads to facilitate the monthly reporting process, including year-to-date revenue reports and Capforce pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with Pan EMEA team leaders to ensure the Capforce pipeline accurately reflects real-time deal movements, supporting EMEA Executive Committee reporting and overall pipeline management.
  • Facilitate the operations of the Pipeline Management process for EMEA Capital Markets, partnering with the EMEA Tech Business Partner, Pan EMEA Sectors Operations Director, and local operations teams. A crucial aspect of this role involves sharing best practices across various EMEA teams.
  • Conduct integrity reports to ensure that project setups and invoicing for Pan EMEA Capital Markets are accurate, timely, and compliant with JLL's systems and protocols.

Transformation Initiatives:

  • Assist in the execution of central projects involving Pan EMEA teams to enhance alignment across the JLL organization, such as optimizing platforms by improving operational methodologies and leveraging resources from the global JLL network.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong familiarity with the Capforce CRM system.
  • Subject Matter Expert on JLL EMEA C2B processes.
  • Collaborative mindset, eager to acquire new skills and earn the trust of colleagues.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities, fostering robust relationships with internal partners.
  • Knowledge of the European real estate investment markets is advantageous.
  • Strong academic background.
