Capital Markets Risk & Resilience SpecialistThe Capital Markets Risk & Resilience Specialist will play a vital role in supporting operational resilience and third-party risk programs within the Capital Markets division.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and align Operational Resiliency and Third-Party Risk programs to ensure business continuity and mitigate potential threats.
- Provide comprehensive support during regulatory and audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Operational Resiliency Requirements and implement effective controls to meet these obligations.
- Proactively review and address Third-Party Risk events and issues, mitigating potential impacts on the organization.
- Oversee the completion of resiliency testing exercises to validate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
- Actively participate in strategic projects aimed at enhancing operational resilience and third-party risk management practices.
- Demonstrated experience in operational resiliency and third-party risk management within the financial services industry.
- A strong understanding of Capital Markets operations, products, and associated risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
