- Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments to enhance your expertise.
- Stay current on advancements in B2B marketing and propose innovative ideas to senior management.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- ~1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or related field.
- ~ Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- ~ Experience in project management and coordination.
- ~ Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
