About the Role

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and client relationships to join our team as an Account Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the pharmaceutical and life-sciences industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts in the pharma and life science sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are effectively met.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse client account performance, providing reports and recommendations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings and presentations as required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments to enhance your expertise.
  • Marketing Innovation: Stay current on advancements in B2B marketing and propose innovative ideas to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or related field.
  • Client Relationship: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management and coordination.
  • CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Marketing Principles: Understanding of marketing and sales principles and practises.
