CRM Account Director

Cranberry Panda is seeking a highly skilled CRM Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing agency, you will be responsible for leading our client's CRM function and working closely with their valued new clients in the Pet Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to ensure a positive client experience and act as a Brand Guardian.
- Manage account finances, forecasting accurately, negotiating fees, and handling late payments.
- Project management - manage projects end to end with clear communication on milestones, goals, and deadlines.
- Monitor and track project progress and performance, achieving growth targets for the account and ensuring all parties are meeting key SLAs.
- Oversee the email campaign process from brief to broadcast, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud effectively.
- Manage the design and proofing requirements for Direct Mail.
- Monitor budgets and keep stakeholders up to date with any financial changes.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate win-win solutions for the team and client.
About You
We are looking for a CRM expert with a proven track record of leading high-performing CRM/agency teams. You should have:
- Expert knowledge of CRM, Email, and Loyalty.
- A proven track record of commercial growth across new and existing business.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional project management skills - end to end processes.
- Excellent client relationship skills and ability to be influential.
