This role encompasses strategic thinking, strong team leadership, and excellent client services skills. As a CRM Account Director, you will work in partnership with the client to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the client to ensure a positive client experience and act as a Brand Guardian.
  • Manage the account finances, forecasting accurately, negotiating fees, and handling late payments.
  • Project management - Manage projects end to end with clear communication on milestones, goals, and deadlines.
