Cranberry Panda is seeking a seasoned CRM expert to lead their CRM function for a valued new client in the Pet Industry.
This role encompasses strategic thinking, strong team leadership, and excellent client services skills. As a CRM Account Director, you will work in partnership with the client to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the client to ensure a positive client experience and act as a Brand Guardian.
- Manage the account finances, forecasting accurately, negotiating fees, and handling late payments.
- Project management - Manage projects end to end with clear communication on milestones, goals, and deadlines.
- Monitor and track project progress and performance, achieving growth targets for the account and ensuring all parties are meeting key SLAs.
- Oversee the email campaign process from brief to broadcast, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud effectively.
- Manage the design and proofing requirements for Direct Mail.
- Monitor budgets and keep stakeholders up to date with any financial changes.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate win-win solutions for the team and client.
