About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Property Manager to lead our residential property portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of properties, including leasing, rent reviews, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our residential property portfolio, including leasing, rent reviews, and asset management.
  • Asset Management: Identify and implement asset management opportunities to optimize property value and minimize risk.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide accurate and timely reports to clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in residential property management, with a strong understanding of compliance and CDM regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
