Your Role

As the Marketing Manager for our search platform, you will be responsible for the complete planning and execution of impactful marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and nurturing users for our specialized property deals search engine and application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing initiatives targeting potential users interested in property investment deals to enhance traffic to our search products.
  • Oversee the conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy to transform visitors into inquiries and active platform users.
  • Execute cross-channel marketing campaigns that result in profitable revenue generation.
  • Engage with existing users to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Collaborate with the broader team and partner network to gain insights into customer behavior and refine campaigns for optimal conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape to enhance product features and establish a sustainable competitive edge.
  • Create high-quality content to support your marketing strategies.
  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of your products by gathering user feedback to enhance user experience and key performance metrics.
  • Identify new market segments and opportunities, including brand collaborations and participation in industry exhibitions.
  • Work closely with SEO and paid campaign agencies to leverage their expertise for successful campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Manage content creation, email marketing, and other daily activities that contribute to your success and achievement of KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and report on performance.

Qualifications

Essential Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in a marketing position.
  • Proven experience utilizing various digital and traditional marketing channels with demonstrable results.
  • Strong grasp of lead generation strategies and funnel building, integrating multiple sources and marketing automation.
  • Proficient in various CMS and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data sets to derive insights and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud to produce necessary assets, with access to specialized content creators for larger projects.
