Business Change Project Coordinator

Salary: Up to 65k

Location: Flexible working arrangement

Crimson Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a background in professional services to enhance our innovative IT division. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and execute primarily business transformation initiatives while adhering to established timelines and budgetary limits. The successful applicant will possess a solid history of managing business transformation projects within a professional services context, showcasing exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities.

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Project Coordination
  • Proven ability to secure project engagement and collaboration
  • Expertise in identifying, initiating, and managing project risks and issues
  • Development of strategies and measures to minimize and control risks
  • Prior experience managing business transformation programs
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end project management
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Effectively coordinating with business stakeholders, IT personnel, external suppliers, clients, and others to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Leadership - Overseeing work breakdown structures, generating estimates, crafting project and technical plans, and managing finances, risks, contingencies, scope, and change control.
  • Thorough Documentation - Creating essential project management documents such as Project Initiation Documents (PID), status updates, change control records, Business Cases, Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), test plans, and other critical documentation.
  • Business Requirements - Accurately defining business needs, processes, delivery plans, and benefit cases for various initiatives.
  • Third-Party Coordination - Identifying, contracting, and managing external partners to deliver necessary solutions.
  • Management of project timelines and financial resources.
