Job Summary:

Crimson is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager to join their dynamic IT team. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering predominantly business change projects within time and cost constraints with a main focus on delivering Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver business change projects, predominantly focused on Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Identify, initiate, and maintain project RAIDs to ensure project risks are mitigated and controlled.
  • Develop strategies and measures to mitigate and control risk, ensuring project success.
  • Manage business change programs of work, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination and communication.
  • Oversee project finances, risks, contingencies, scope, and change control to ensure project delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive project management documents, including project initiation documents, status reports, change control notes, business cases, and business requirement specifications.
  • Clearly define business requirements, processes, delivery plans, and benefit cases for various programs of work.
  • Identify, contract, and manage third-party suppliers to deliver necessary solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing business change projects/Salesforce projects within a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve project buy-in and co-operation.
  • Experience of end-to-end project management.
  • Stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
  • Project leadership and management skills.
  • Comprehensive documentation and reporting skills.
  • Business requirements and process definition skills.
  • Third-party management and contracting skills.
