About the Role

Salesforce Project Manager - A Key Position for Business Growth

Crimson is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a professional services background to join their dynamic IT team. In this role, you will manage and deliver predominantly business change projects within time and cost constraints with a main focus on delivering Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver business change projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of Salesforce solutions.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to drive project success.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Effectively liaise with business stakeholders, IT team members, third-party suppliers, clients, and others to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Planning: Develop strategies and measures to mitigate and control risk, manage work breakdown structures, create estimates, and oversee finances, risks, contingencies, scope, and change control.
  • Documentation: Prepare key project management documents, including Project Initiation Documents (PID), status reports, change control notes, Business Cases, Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), test plans, and other essential documentation.
  • Business Requirements: Clearly define business requirements, processes, delivery plans, and benefit cases for various programs of work.
  • Third-Party Management: Identify, contract, and manage third parties to deliver necessary solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing business change projects/Salesforce projects within a professional services environment.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to drive project success.
  • Business Change Management: Experience in managing business change programmes of work.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Ability to manage project plans and budgets.
