Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver business change projects, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Identify, initiate, and maintain project RAIDs.
  • Develop strategies and measures to mitigate and control risk.
  • Manage project finances, risks, contingencies, scope, and change control.
  • Prepare key project management documents, including Project Initiation Documents (PID), status reports, change control notes, Business Cases, Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), test plans, and other essential documentation.
  • Clearly define business requirements, processes, delivery plans, and benefit cases for various programs of work.
  • Identify, contract, and manage third-party suppliers to deliver necessary solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing business change projects/Salesforce projects within a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Experience of end-to-end project management.
  • Stakeholder coordination and project leadership skills.
  • Comprehensive documentation and business requirements skills.
  • Third-party management skills.
