Salesforce Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a professional services background to join our dynamic IT team at Crimson. In this role, you will manage and deliver predominantly business change projects within time and cost constraints with a main focus on delivering Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver business change projects, with a focus on Salesforce solutions
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and risk management strategies
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Identify, initiate, and maintain project RAIDs, and develop strategies to mitigate and control risk
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including business stakeholders, IT team members, third-party suppliers, and clients
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in managing business change projects/Salesforce projects within a professional services environment
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Experience of end-to-end project management, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Ability to achieve project buy-in and co-operation from stakeholders
