About the Role

Salesforce Project Manager - A Key Position for Business Growth

Crimson is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a professional services background to join their dynamic IT team. In this role, you will manage and deliver predominantly business change projects within time and cost constraints with a main focus on delivering Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver business change projects within time and cost constraints.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and control risk.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify, initiate, and maintain project RAIDs.
  • Develop comprehensive project management documents, including project initiation documents, status reports, and change control notes.
  • Clearly define business requirements, processes, delivery plans, and benefit cases for various programs of work.
  • Manage project plans and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing business change projects/Salesforce projects within a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve project buy-in and co-operation.
  • Experience of end-to-end project management.
  • Stakeholder coordination and project leadership skills.
