Project Manager - Business Change Specialist

Crimson is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a professional services background to join their dynamic IT team. In this role, you will manage and deliver predominantly business change projects within time and cost constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver business change projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including work breakdown structures, estimates, and project schedules.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project initiation documents, status reports, and change control notes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project finances, risks, contingencies, scope, and change control, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing business change projects within a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve project buy-in and cooperation among stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing business change programs of work, including end-to-end project management.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills, including effective liaison with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party suppliers.
  • Comprehensive documentation skills, including the preparation of project initiation documents, status reports, and change control notes.
