In this position, you will oversee and execute primarily technical and infrastructure initiatives while managing system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in steering comprehensive project life cycles with a hands-on approach.
  • Business Change Leadership: Proven ability to manage business transformation initiatives and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate efficiently with business stakeholders, IT personnel, external suppliers, clients, and other parties to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Oversight: Direct work breakdown structures, formulate estimates, develop project and technical strategies, and supervise finances, risks, contingencies, scope, and change management.
  • Documentation Excellence: Create essential project management documents, including Project Initiation Documents (PID), status updates, change control records, Business Cases, Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), test plans, and other critical documentation.
  • Business Requirement Definition: Accurately articulate business needs, processes, delivery strategies, and benefit analyses for various projects.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Identify, contract, and manage external partners to deliver necessary solutions.
  • Project Planning and Budgeting: Maintain oversight of project timelines and financial resources.
  • Support Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation is prepared for the IT Service team to facilitate ongoing support post-project completion.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the broader IT team by assisting with tasks beyond the primary role, fostering overall team excellence in a collaborative environment.
  • Policy Adherence: Comply with and understand the organization's policies and procedures.
