Job Description:

Crimson is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic IT team. As a Project Manager - Business Change Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and delivering business change projects within time and cost constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver business change projects, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Identify, initiate, and maintain project RAIDs, and develop strategies to mitigate and control risk.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project management documents, including project initiation documents, status reports, and change control notes.
  • Develop and implement business requirements, processes, and delivery plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage third-party vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor and control project finances, risks, and contingencies, ensuring successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing business change projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Experience in managing project RAIDs, risk, and contingency planning.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business requirements, processes, and delivery plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
