Position Overview

Role: Project Manager - Business Transformation

Location: Remote with occasional onsite collaboration

Crimson is in search of an experienced Project Manager with a background in professional services to join our innovative IT division.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will oversee and execute primarily business transformation initiatives while adhering to established timelines and budgetary limits.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will possess a solid history of managing business transformation initiatives within a professional services context, showcasing exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities.

Essential Qualifications
  • Proven ability to secure project endorsement and collaboration
  • Skilled in identifying, initiating, and maintaining project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs)
  • Expertise in developing strategies and measures to mitigate and manage risks
  • Experience in leading business transformation programs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end project management
  • Effective stakeholder engagement - Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT team members, external suppliers, clients, and others to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Leadership - Overseeing work breakdown structures, formulating estimates, crafting project and technical plans, and managing finances, risks, contingencies, scope, and change control.
  • Thorough Documentation - Creating essential project management documents including Project Initiation Documents (PID), status updates, change control records, Business Cases, Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), test plans, and other critical documentation.
  • Business Requirements - Accurately defining business needs, processes, delivery strategies, and benefit cases for various initiatives.
  • Third-Party Coordination - Identifying, contracting, and managing external partners to deliver necessary solutions.
  • Management of project timelines and financial resources.
