About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting and developing existing customers, as well as acquiring new accounts within the dental sector, with the goal of achieving sales targets in the region. The ideal candidate will be based in the UK, with a focus on the Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Sell a range of surgical, restorative, regenerative, and digital solution products to dental clinicians and lab technicians.
    • Schedule meetings and visit dental clinician practices, hospitals, corporate groups, and dental laboratories to maintain and build customer relationships, maximize sales, increase the distribution network, and achieve company targets.
  • Product Training and Education
    • Perform product trainings with dental clinicians, nurses, practice, and dental laboratory staff to increase their ability to use our product portfolio to benefit their patients.
  • Business Growth and Development
    • Identify future projects and develop business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Representation and Communication
    • Attend exhibitions, local customer meetings, and company events to represent ZimVie and build relationships.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Complete reports (customer visits & expenses, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Secondary education diploma as minimum.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in sales positions, ideally in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the Dental area.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of successful sales results.
    • Positive attitude and healthy self-confidence when interacting with customers.
    • Team player, able to work proactively and autonomously.
    • Good self-organization and effective time management.
    • Full driving license is required.
