About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Headlam Group plc, specializing in contract sales. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new and existing customers' potential and leveraging opportunities to grow sales with existing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your area to deliver sales revenue targets
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Utilize sales decks to deliver market-leading presentations introducing customers to new products and ranges
  • Manage customer pricing quotations and terms to protect margins while driving sales forward
Requirements
  • External sales experience with a history of working to targets
  • Previous experience within the UK flooring industry
  • Individual sales success – in a retail, wholesale or other customer-facing role
  • A premium brand mindset with an interest in quality products and brand loyalty
