About the Role

Mobysoft is a leading provider of data-based insight solutions to the social housing sector. We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to play a crucial role in enhancing our sales strategy by providing insights and data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, process, and analyse datasets related to sales performance, business development manager (BDM) and account director (AD) behaviour, activity, and key trends.
  • Proven Experience in Sales Data Analysis: We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of analysing sales data to support decision-making, enhance sales performance, and optimise revenue focus and results.
  • Sales Reporting: Develop, maintain, and deliver accurate sales reports, dashboards, and sales call presentations to various stakeholders, including sales teams, management, and executives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and ADs by territory, by product, and by mix. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform sales strategies.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Assist in the creation of sales forecasts, budgets, and targets. Use historical data and predictive insights to guide sales planning and resource effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and work closely with the sales team to implement improvements. Support the adoption of sales tools and technologies that enhance productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, product, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment on data-driven metrics and to support broader business goals.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data by implementing robust data validation processes and regularly auditing data sources.
