As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of business projects by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, project team members, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project team members, and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and expectations.
    • Facilitate discussions between stakeholders to resolve conflicts and clarify requirements.
  • Requirements Management:
    • Manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all changes are documented, analyzed, and communicated effectively.
    • Prioritize requirements based on business needs, resource availability, and project constraints.
  • Testing Support:
    • Assist the Test Manager in developing test plans and test cases that ensure the system meets the business requirements.
    • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • User Training and Support:
    • Support training materials development and the delivery of training to end-users.
    • Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation, helping them adapt to the new system and addressing any issues.
Deliverables
  • Gap Analysis: A document identifying the differences between current processes and desired future state, with recommendations for bridging those gaps.
  • Training Materials: User guides, manuals, and training presentations that help end-users understand how to use the new system effectively.
  • Use Case/Scenario Development: Develop detailed use cases and scenarios for UAT and training purposes.
  • Support Testing Preparation: Assist the Test Manager in ensuring test cases align with business requirements.
  • UAT Support: Work closely with the Test Manager to prepare for UAT, including the validation of test scenarios and participant coordination.
  • Change Request Management: Handle any change requests that arise from testing, ensuring they are analyzed, documented, and approved.
  • UAT Execution: Support UAT by working with business users to execute test cases and validate that the system meets business needs.
  • Defect Triage: Help prioritize defects based on business impact, ensuring critical issues are addressed first.
  • Final Requirements Validation: Ensure all business requirements are fully met and that any changes have been documented and agreed upon.
  • Training Material Review: Review training materials to ensure they align with business processes and requirements.
  • Post-UAT Review: Conduct a review of UAT outcomes to ensure that all requirements have been adequately tested and met.
  • Go-Live Checklist: Develop a checklist to ensure all business-related activities and requirements are completed before go-live.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide support during the go-live phase, helping to resolve any issues related to business requirements.
  • Final Documentation: Finalize all business process documentation, including any adjustments made during the project.
