Supply Chain Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in Supply Chain Management and extensive experience working with SAP ECC, BW, EAP, APO, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving supply chain processes, implementing new systems, and providing actionable insights to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing supply chain processes to identify areas of improvement in efficiency, cost, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
- Develop recommendations for optimizing supply chain operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
SAP Systems Expertise:
- Leverage SAP ECC to manage procurement, inventory, production, and logistics workflows.
- Utilize SAP BW (Business Warehouse) for data modeling, reporting, and extracting actionable business intelligence.
- Work with SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) for demand planning, supply network planning, and production planning.
- Maintain and configure SAP EAP (Enterprise Application Platform) for various business process enhancements and system integration.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use Snowflake to manage and analyze large datasets, supporting decision-making in supply chain operations.
- Generate comprehensive reports using Snowflake and SAP BW to monitor KPIs, supply chain performance metrics, and inventory management.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the liaison between the IT team and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication of system capabilities and user needs.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings, solutions, and improvements to supply chain operations.
System Implementation and Support:
- Lead and participate in the implementation and testing of new systems and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide ongoing support and training for users on SAP and Snowflake systems.
Project Management:
- Manage supply chain-related projects, including system implementations, enhancements, and process changes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Supply Chain environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, BW, EAP, APO, and Snowflake.
- Strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, production, inventory management, logistics).
- Proficiency in SAP modules (ECC, BW, APO) and data warehousing systems like Snowflake.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Project management skills and experience with implementing ERP solutions.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules (ECC, BW, APO).
- Experience with other supply chain management platforms or software.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
