About the Role:

The Business Change and Implementation Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation of Workday for a professional services client. This role requires expertise in business change, communication writing, training support, and general project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management:
    • Support the development and execution of change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of the Workday programme.
    • Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes will affect various business units.
    • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Communication:
    • Write and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communications related to the Workday programme.
    • Develop communication plans to ensure timely and effective information dissemination to all relevant stakeholders.
    • Create and manage content for newsletters, emails, presentations, and other communication channels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
    • Support the development of stakeholder engagement plans to maintain high levels of involvement and support.
