Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with project delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of business process changes and technology upgrades. This role will involve working with stakeholders to understand and communicate the impact of change initiatives, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and technologies.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and communicate the impact of change initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to ensure that employees are equipped to work effectively with new processes and technologies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business process changes and technology upgrades.
  • Develop and implement communications plans to ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Monitor and report on the success of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of delivering successful business process changes and technology upgrades.
  • Change management qualifications, such as Prosci, Agile, ADKAR, ACCMP, or CCMP.
  • Experience working in a global environment with developing countries, preferably in the soft commodities sector.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, business users, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge and experience of communications planning and delivery to support change initiatives.
  • Proven negotiation skills and interpersonal fluency, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to origin countries, where projects will be delivered.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with CTRM, Traceability (CSR), or ERP global deployments.
  • Proven ability to manage, plan, and take responsibility for a range of tasks involving interaction with, and the co-operation of, business and IT people.
  • Risk management skills.
  • Spanish or French speaking.
